    Tony Broyles is a senior healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience leading and growing healthcare organizations. His career interests and experience include large physician practice, multi-specialty group management, and service line administration for health systems. Tony has extensive experience in all aspects of revenue cycle management and process improvement.

    In addition to providing leadership for a large multi-specialty physician group and administering the pulmonary and sleep medicine service line for a large health system, he has experience in academic practice, research, mental health services for an inner-city hospital, and national revenue cycle healthcare consulting. Tony enjoys leading the creation and development of Velocity Healthcare and is excited to be part of the organization as it continues to grow and expand its services.

    Lamon Willis is the Director of Coding for Velocity Healthcare Collaborative in Macon, Georgia. He oversees hospital inpatient and outpatient coding operations. Lamon is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in hospital and physician revenue cycle, practice management, compliance, coding, billing, process improvement, client services, sales support, and strategic product and solution development. He has worked as a VP of Patient Financial Services in a hand and foot surgery hospital in Florida as well as a manager and compliance liaison with an emergency physician practice management organization overseeing coding operations of 150 employees.

    Michelle has worked in the field of Health Information Management since 2006 and had her first role in the field as a business owner converting physician practices to electronic coding/billing and to electronic health records. Her professional experience includes teaching coding AND healthcare statistics, HIM Operations Management, CDI implementation, documentation education, business ownership, speaking engagements related to HIM, implementing coder development programs and coding management for trauma 1, multi-hospital systems.

    Michelle enjoys publicly speaking for AHIMA and the AHIMA Component State Associations on topics such as Copy and Paste, Data Integrity and Data Governance.

    Michelle conducted original research at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center while obtaining her Masters in Health Informatics and Information Management on interoperability and its impact on financial outcomes, patient safety and information governance for which she graduated with honors being awarded Sigma Xi.

    Outside of work, Michelle is actively involved with the young people in her church, playing with her fur kid Mia, and enjoys time spent with her family.
